Medicare and medicaid services to pom promulgate rules to define our participation and whether we can participate in medicare or medicaid and our hospital source. we currently are not having a vaccine mandate because we don't have the rules yet. when the rules come out, we'll comply with that mandate. until then we have a short staff and several times had to go on diversion because we had the beds and equipment, but not the staff and just don't want that to be threatened any more and any longer than it has to be. again, we will comply when the rules come out. we haven't done so yet. neil: i'm ...
