Family friendly food cart pod to open in Redmond next month | Business
The new food cart pod, called the Redmond Food Park, will offer a diverse array of cuisines, including, Mexican, Asian and Mediterranean foods, Philly cheese steaks, a fish and chips truck, boba, coffee, and ice cream. The new food cart pod, located at 122 SW 5th Street, will have a capacity for eight food carts. The new owner, Hoss Talebi, expects to open the pod the first week of January, and hopes it will be a new gathering place for friends and families in Redmond.
