North carolina, and they have a winery there and when they started it, they were trying to get the soil right, butting it n the barrels, testing the soils, the chemicals. Just so much that goes into creating a wine. Just the wine, and sometimes the fermentation of it all, it just blows you away. And of all the shows that weve done, when im traveling to spain, italy, france, to different places in the United States, one of the things that restaurants and hotels pride themselves on is their wine collection. It is the best piece of art for me at any hotel in a restaurant to see the different ways...
