FALL RIVER — The Fall River School Committee declined a request for public records regarding notices related to pending litigation that may be associated with allegations that Superintendent Matthew Malone harrassed members of the school department staff.  In response to those complaints the School Committee voted to amend his contract, docking him a month's pay.
