Lincoln and holland, some minor delays. It is still heavy getting into webster avenue. That earlier accident has been cleared away. You can see just how heavy it is. Just fine. Fdr drive near 96 street. We have an accident. Willis avenue going north, overturned vehicle. All lanes are closed on that ramp and then the bqe southwest. An accident....
