Now we have learned that one of them… 52 year old Howard Hawk of Waterbury… has pleaded not guilty. Hawk… along with 27-year-old David Benson of Torrington… were arrested last month. Benson was taken into custody April 4th. Hawk turned himself in to state police on April 6th.
