February 7, 2021 - Hughson - Investigators with the Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Department are currently investigating a fatal stabbing which took place in Hughson Saturday evening. Patrol officers
with the Hughson Police Services were first to respond to a residence for an assault and battery in the 2000 block of Charles St at 6:09 p.m. on Saturday, February 6th.
Upon their initial arrival, Hughson Police Services located a male victim in need of emergency medical aid. Bystanders were nearby trying to provide care and assistance as well. Paramedics quickly responded and transported the victim to the hospital, but he unfortunately succumbed to those injuries while in the ambulance.
