Oxford Magistrates' Court OXFORD MAGISTRATES’ COURT JOAN BENNETT, 79, of Fairmile, Henley-on-Thames, admitted driving at 50mph in a 30mph zone on Beggarsbush Hill, Benson, on February 13. She was fined £100, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £90. Her driving licence was also endorsed with four penalty points.
