Judith Ann Kieffer Judith Ann Kieffer, 71, passed away suddenly Dec. 18, 2019, at her home in South Knoxville. Judy was born on March 30, 1948, in Parkersburg, West Virginia. She grew up on a 94-acre farm in Jackson County where she attended Cavin Fork School, a one-room schoolhouse, and then Humphrey Elementary School. After graduating from Parkersburg High School she attended and graduated from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh.
