$40 million apartment project planned in fast-growing Ooltewah area | Chattanooga Times Free Press

More new apartments are headed to the Ooltewah area near Interstate 75 as a 236-unit complex is planned along with a possible adjacent hotel or restaurant, or both, an official said.
