According to the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office, 21-year-old Hunter Rowe of North English was working as a clerk at the Kum & Go on Village Drive in Tiffin. Arrest records indicate that at around 6:15pm on January 7th, Rowe rang up a number of gift cards without paying. The total value of the cards was $689.90.
