How many remember in train derailment of August 7, 1970? On Friday evening August 7, 1970, a flash flood washed out the railroad culvert in east Craig near the Drive-In theater, as a result, D&RGW engine 5304 derailed and a number of boxcars left the track. The clip was shot by Earl Blevins, courtesy of the Blevins family through Cade Kropinak and Hunter Seim who digitized the film. (Courtesy Museum of Northwest Colorado)
