And thousands are getting a lot of power outages out. this hotel was booked for the fourth of july weekend. obviously now that arthur has arrived it's been a big problem. lots of people we saw checking out all along the outer banks trying get out. one of the biggest issues of concern is hatteras island a few miles south of where we're at and they were under emergency evacuation order. all those residents were required to leave. thousands of people fleeing before their holiday weekend that's being cut short. the north carolina governor telling everyone they expect this storm to move quite quick...
