Who are about to be victims of a national disaster? >> well, the president also has another problem looming which is as he's discussing cutting money from fema to put towards immigration informent and border security you also have a hurricane heading towards a swing state as that map shows, it's a serious issue, a safety issue for these people and i don't want to minimize that. but politically speaking if a hurricane hits florida and the president has just cut money from fema for hurricane relief, for instance, that could be a major election issue as you saw with president back with katrina. >...
