TRADING UPDATES: Cordiant deploys IPO funds; Scotgold gets loan Tue, 4th May 2021 20:25 (Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of updates by London-listed companies, issued on Tuesday and not separately reported by Alliance News: Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Ltd - investment firm focused on digital infrastructure assets - Announces deployment or commitment of substantially all of the net proceeds from its IPO into digital infrastructure platforms in the Czech Republic and Norway. Company has completed the acquisition of Ceske Radiokomunikace and entered into a legally binding letter of intent to acquire a Norwegian fibre network and certain land for data centre development for a combined total consideration of GBP451 million, comprising GBP318 million of equity and the assumption of an amount equal to GBP133 million of debt.
