Evropská komise navrhuje zastropovat zisky výrobců elektřiny z neplynových zdrojů, které jsou nebývalé v souvislosti s rekordním růstem cen. Oznámila to ve středu předsedkyně komise Ursula von der Leyenová, podle níž krizové opatření přinese členským zemím Evropské unie 140 miliard eur (přes 3,43 bilionu korun), které mohou využít na podporu spotřebitelů ohrožených drahými energiemi. Na pomoci se budou podílet i poplatky získané od producentů fosilních paliv, dodala.
