HyperX Predator DDR4 gaming RAM now available in speeds up to 5333MHz
Back in February, Kingston announced that it was selling its HyperX gaming division to HP. Many PC enthusiasts were nervous about this, particularly regarding what would happen to HyperX RAM. Thankfully, Kingston did not include its memory products in the deal, so HyperX RAM will not be made HP. In other words, Kingston will apparently keep on manufacturing the HyperX memory that consumers love.
Today, HyperX announces that its popular Predator DDR4 gaming RAM can now be had in frequencies up to 5333MHz! To be more specific, the memory kits will be offered in three new speeds 5000MHz, 5133MHz, and 5333MHz. Yeah, folks, this is some insanely fast RAM! ....

How to Choose the Right RAM for Your Desktop or Laptop PC in 2021

It’s been a good, long run, but the end may be sight for the supremacy of DDR4 RAM, the kind of system memory that powers most consumer PCs these days. That said, we’re certainly not holding back on our PC builds and upgrades to wait for the impending DDR5. (The only thing that might make us do that this year is the dire cost of PC components.) Every new generation of DDR memory, historically, has started off with some stumbles and setbacks. DDR4, meanwhile, has a seven-year track record and endured a long, long shakeout in the consumer-PC market. That means it will have a leg up on both compatibility ....

Kingston Technology, a world leader in memory products and technology solutions, today announced that its gaming division’s high performance memory HyperX Predator DDR4 was used to set another new overclocking world record for the fastest DDR4 memory frequency at 7200MHz. Within a month, the world record for highest frequency was set by the MSI OC Team in Taiwan twice, using the same memory spec with HyperX 4600MHz Predator DDR4 8G module (part number: HX446C19PB3K2/16) on the new MSI MEG Z590 UNIFY-X motherboard using a 11th Gen Intel® Core™ i9-11900KF @ 3.50GHz CPU. At the time of this release, the record breaking frequency is posted on HWBOT, the site for PC enthusiasts looking for news, tips and information on overclocking, benchmarks and competitions. HyperX and MSI break DDR4 overclocking world record again with 7.2GHz speeds

Earlier this month, HyperX and MSI were able to set a new DDR4 memory overclocking world record, reaching speeds of 7156MHz. Now, just a few weeks later, this record has been broken, with MSI and HyperX hitting 7.2GHz speeds.
HyperX is of course the gaming division of Kingston (soon to be acquired by HP) and has served the memory market for decades now. This particular record-breaking overclock was achieved by the MSI OC team in Taiwan, using an 8GB HyperX 4600MHz Predator memory stick, an MSI MEG Z590 UNIFY-X motherboard and an 11th Gen Intel Core i9-11900KF running at 3.5GHz. ....
