Central Park carriage horse that collapsed after being flogged has been 'retired to a farm upstate'
Ryder, the horse who fell on Ninth Ave and West 45th St on August 10, was moved to upstate New York from a one-and-a-half rated stable where he was staying when he collapsed - West Side Livery Stables.
