Ida Wanner, 97, pass-ed away peacefully in the care of hospice, at her home in Lakewood, Colorado on March 1, 2024. She will be remembered for her positive outlook on life, her down-to-earth character, her traditional German cooking including kuchen, knoephla and strudels, and her love of God, helping those in need, and the color purple. Ida was born December 19, 1926 at Wishek,ND, the daughter of Christian and Christina (Schilling) Unruh.
