A 59-year-old man from Middlesex County has been charged with second-degree murder after police found a person dead at an address in North Middlesex.
According to Middlesex OPP, 54-year-old Ursula Doxtator was arrested and charged on Nov. 24 with fraud over $5,000 and attempting to use a forged document.
