Will apple export volumes grow again this season?

Fruit Logistica, the largest international trade fair in the fruit and vegetable sector, was held Feb. 8-10 in Berlin, bringing together attendees from around the world and offering exhibitors a platform to showcase their products and make contacts with potential buyers.  It was the sixth participation for Salix Fruits, a leading company in the import and export of fresh fruits, which had a unique booth and one of the most popular and photographed in the fair.

Last month Salix Fruits, which was recently acquired by GrubMarket, attended Fruit Attraction 2022, which was held in Madrid and hosted 1,740 exhibitors from 57 countries. This was the company's sixth time at the event. “This is a fair that is growing a lot. I remember the first time I visited it in 2016 and the growth is exponential," said Ignacio Vidales, sales manager for Asia, India, Canada, and Central and South America of Salix Fruits.
