( TALLINN) - Estonia on Thursday became the latest eurozone member to approve taking part in the EU's European Financial Stability Facility, as lawmakers voted 59-18 in favour despite vocal opposition. The solid majority came despite heated debate in the Baltic nation's chamber, and made Estonia the 13th of the eurozone's 17 members to approve new powers for the the 440-billion-euro ($590 billion) EFSF.
