Share Justice Ayokunle Faji of a Federal High Court sitting in Lagos has ordered the embattled former National Insurance Health scheme boss, Dr Femi Thomas who is standing trial on the alleged fraud of N2.1bn fraud to enter his defence and testify first. In his ruling on Tuesday, Justice Faji upheld the objection of the prosecuting counsel Ekele Iheanacho and ordered the Thomas to testify first.
