Rehnstrom. It has been two years since a homer Nebraska Family lost a loved one in a drunk driving accident. Tim today wednesday the man responsible for their loss, learned his punishment. Abc9s jess plue was in Dakota County District Court for the sentencing. Jess Russell Roberts junior was sentenced today to a minimum of 10 years in prison. This comes after roberts was found guilty of one count Motor Vehicle homicide of Tiffany Schmitt and two counts of driving while under the influence. Tiffanys family was at the court today.
