News 3 spoke to the Gallatin County Sheriff s department on Friday, April 23 about the situation that unfolded the day before. The department said 38-year-old Chad Pennell from Elizabethtown led police on a chase through Gallatin County and drove onto the schoolgrounds at Gallatin County High School.
