Business owner says she's often mixed up for other Black women and believes it was behind a big bank issue
Waterloo, Ont., business owner Ce Johnson says it took months for her to recover $13,000 that wrongly went to another bank account, and believes it was another case of her being mistaken for some other Black woman. RBC, however, says the error was not connected to its staff member confusing Johnson with someone else.
