Xander Ford released after posting bail

Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, December 23) Social media personality Xander Ford, formerly known as Marlou Arizala, was released from jail on Wednesday night after his talent agency posted bail.
Star Image Artist Management confirmed they posted his bail of ₱18,000.
Ford was arrested Tuesday night in Pasay City for his violation of the Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children Act of 2004.
The Manila Police District on Wednesday reported that Manila Regional Trial Court Branch 38 Presiding Judge Maria Celestina Cruz-Mangrobang issued the warrant of arrest against Ford in October.
Earlier, Ford s ex-girlfriend Ysah Cabrejas reportedly filed a case against him. Cabrejas accused Ford of physically hurting her after rejecting his sexual advances and forcing her to have sex with him, in a Facebook post that went viral last June. Ford has denied the allegations. In

Social media personality Marlou Arizala, also known as Xander Ford, was arrested in Pasay City on Tuesday night after his former girlfriend filed charges against him for violation of Republic Act 9262 or the Violence Against Women and their Children Act.

Investigation showed that elements of the Moriones Police Station tracked Arizala down before serving him a warrant of arrest issued by Manila Regional Trial Court Branch 38 Judge Ma. Celestina Cruz-Mangrobang at a Korean restaurant in Pasay City at around 7:30 p.m. Bail is set at P18,000.
On June, Ysah Cabrejas took to social media to accuse Arizala of physical and sexual abuse during their relationship.
