Point Edward, Wyoming, Forest to host first vaccine clinics Posted Journal Staff Point Edward, Wyoming and Forest have been selected to host the first fixed-site COVID-19 vaccination clinics when the time comes, the local Immunization Task Force says. The cases mark a jump from Monday and Tuesday's counts, which combined totalled 33 cases.
