CORRY — The home at 47 E. Smith St. was appealing to Mandi Johnson long before she and her family moved in. Johnson, who grew up in Corry, loved the big old houses in town, and after she and her husband, Scott, moved to Clymer, New York, she longed to return. She kept a close watch on the real estate market in her hometown. “I always wanted to move back, and in 2018, an opportunity came up to make a move,” she said in a phone interview. “We saw the listing, and it had been on and off the market for four of five years.”
