it matters because this relates what flynn was doing with ambassador kislyak. who knew about it? did they know what flynn said to the ambassador? it matters a lot. and these e-mails, they are all government e-mails. i mean, they are.gov. they belong to the government. do they believe the e-mails could have been obtained in a legal way? absolutely not. these are government-owned e-mails. this is just an effort to try to undermine the mueller investigation in terms of public relations. if they really believed that there was an issue here, and that the e-mails were obtained improperly, they would go into court to get the e-mails back as opposed to sending a letter to a congressional committee so they could release the letter and make this a public relations issue. so you re saying this is more of a political strategy than a legal one. but will they, do you think we will see them file something in ....
