Dr. Janine Darby is a woman of many talents. The 50-year-old Eagleville resident is a wife, mother-of-four, physician, nonprofit executive, chairwoman of the Lower Providence Township Board of Supervisors, and Montgomery County coroner.
The four members that currently make up the council voted for Jennifer McAdams to fill the Marina City Council seat which was vacated when former council member Cristina Medina Dirksen resigned in January to take a job with Kaiser Permanente now that it is placing a foothold in Monterey County. McAdams will serve on the governing body until November when the post's term is up.
