i can say it s about making sure we have the capacity for travel within the next 100 dwreerz years. that s building capability that we can use here on earth. it s not about the launch. it s about using space as a radical plat tomorrow to really push us. the dream of space exploration is not new. it s something that has been part of humanity since we were here. we looked up at the stars and wondered what they were. we have it all want odd to go, but there was part of who we are. and so i think it s something that moves forward. this is another chapter. but i also would like to add that everything that we re seeing today, a really wonderful ....

Launch, incredible engineering, it s built on the foundation of knowledge, capacity, that started and was manifested with government money and regular citizens money. so a little bit different than airplane flight and other things, because we have already done that. we know how to do those. and what the commercial folks have done is to really do some refinement on the engineering. it s really important to me that we understand that this is part of all of us. when we started putting together with the funding, everyone wants to be involved. it s something we need to share as a society and as a world and understand that we get to figure out where this goes. standby for us if you can. ....

Launch past the line. what do you think this means for the next generation, mike? older person in space, the youngest person, we saw that happen today. i think it s very hopeful. i m a prover at columbia and my students are very excited about space travel. i got excited by the moon missions back in the late 60s and early 70s when i was little and that inspired me and i think the students today that young people that are interested in participating in space travel, they had a lot more options than peggy leland and i did. they had an opportunity to work for a government program but also to work at one of the other companies or experience space as leland and peggy have said in different ways. so there s a lot of options open to them and just going to keep growing so for young people, i think this must be a very exciting time. i know it is for my students. they re very excited about this. with good reason. ....

And spais ex orbital flight and i m looking for a commercial crew mission because it is all of the progression that is marking how we are commercializing space, not just for people to come and visit, but to use space as a tool to develop new medicines, to develop new technologies. it s going to be very ex-sighing and i m looking forward to the future. we should note, peggy, richard branson has just gotten online to congratulate jeff bezos on the successful launch, the successful landing of this new shepard rocket and the capsule carrying bezos and the crew members. you ll be demanding the spacex mission to the international space station. anything spacex or virgin galactic could learn from down the road? i think all the missions are different so they have different objectives, different training and for axiom, the training not ....
