Impanelled, it will sit indefinitely. grand juries in georgia sit, i think, for two months this. one will not have a two-month time restriction. they'll work indeaf nistly and only on this one case. willis rights it will likely exceed a grand jury term of two months. so for those of us who aren't familiar with this kind of a process, at least this kind of a process in this state, this raises a bunch of interesting questions, right? how rare is a request like this? will the judges say yes? is it unusual to ask a judge to oversee this, or is that sort of standard operating procedure? is there an...
