Ind Vs Eng: Gautam Gambhir gives big statement about Team India, says, 'England won't win even a match'

Mumbai: Former India cricketer Gautam Gambhir said that the kind of spin attack that England has, they do not think that their (England's) team will win a single match against India in the four-match Test series. England has included spinners like Moin Ali, Dom Bess and Jack Leach in its team. Veteran Moin has taken 181 wickets in 60 Tests, while Bess and Leach have played 12-12 Tests. Bess has taken 31 and Leach has taken 44 wickets.
Gambhir said in 'Star Sports' program 'Game Plan' that given the kind of spin attack England have, I do not think their team will win a single Test match. Gambhir said that Team India will win the series 3–0 or 3–1. He said that I think England will have a 50% chance of winning the match, given the circumstances in the Test match played day and night. Gambhir said that England captain Joe Root, who has bowled well in Sri Lanka, will have to face different types of challenges in India. In Sri Lanka, England had won 2–0.

Former England captain Naseer Hussain believes the selectors have made a mistake by deciding to rest Jonny Bairstow for the first two Tests of the four-match series against India, starting February 5 in Chennai.
Hussain has called on the England selectors to “rethink” their decision. Bairstow scored 47 and 35 not out in England’s win over Sri Lanka in the first Test in Galle last week and looked in good touch again in the first innings of the second Test before getting dismissed for a patient 28.
