Warehousing India: The Warehousing & Logistics sector saw a rise in absorption, recording 37.8 million sq ft in 2023, a 21% increase from the previous year. Despite a 65% decline in investments in 2023, reaching USD 646 million, absorption surpassed the 2019 pre-pandemic level by 15%. Third-party logistics companies accounted for 44% of overall absorption, followed by Engineering and Manufacturing at 18%.
