Courtesy-JCCF FB page FRANKLIN, Ind. – The Johnson County Community Foundation (JCCF) has received a Large-Scale Community Leadership Grant of $500,000 as a part of the seventh phase of Lilly Endowment Inc.’s “Giving Indiana Funds for Tomorrow” initiative. The grant will support JCCF’s newly launched Johnson County Employer Resource Network (ERN), a program that places success coaches in the workplace of participating companies as a confidential resource that employees can access on a predictable ongoing basis. ERN coaches provide relief for many issues including reliable transportation, workplace conflict, childcare, housing challenges, family challenges, and more. JCCF is one of 11 community foundations in Indiana to receive a Lilly Large-Scale Leadership Grant. ....

Large-Scale Community Leadership Grant totaling $3,498,824, from the “Giving Indiana Funds for Tomorrow” initiative. The grant will enhance Landmark Columbus Foundation’s programs, including an in-depth survey and inventory of the cultural resources in the county, while the organization continues to activate the city’s downtown through its award-winning, Exhibit Columbus. “We are thrilled by this generous Lilly Endowment grant. It speaks to the importance of what makes our community so attractive to employers, talented individuals, design experts, and those who seek a quality of life not typically found in a midsize Midwest city,” said Landmark Columbus Foundation Board President Rick Johnson. ....
