The Delhi High Court has issued a fresh notice to the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) on a plea by an NGO seeking damages for its documentary "India: The Modi Question". The NGO claims that the documentary casts a slur on the country's reputation and makes false and defamatory statements against Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Indian judiciary.
Earlier, The government had banned the documentary soon after it was released
