Driver in Fatal I-465 Crash Arrested INDIANAPOLIS — Indiana State Police arrested a man for a fatal June crash on I-465 after an investigation found he was under the influence of a controlled substance at the time of the accident. Drew Collins, 37, was arrested Dec. 13 for Operating a Vehicle Under the Influence Causing Death. The crash happened on northbound I-465 just before noon on June 30. The body of 51-year-old Shawn Patterson, of Indianapolis, was found lying in the road, unresponsive and unconscious.
