29 April 2021 Overview Manchester Airport Group Funding PLC (the Issuer ) today announced a consent solicitation in respect of the following series of bonds (the Bonds ): (a) £450,000,000 4.75 per cent. Fixed Rate Bonds due 2034 (ISIN: XS1032630771); (b) £360,000,000 4.125 per cent. Fixed Rate Bonds due 2024 (ISIN: XS1057530393); (c) £300,000,000 2.875 per cent.
