Guwahati: Eastern Army Commander Lt Gen Rana Pratap Kalita on Tuesday said India started late in developing Infrastructure along the Line of Actual Co.
Eastern Army Commander Lt Gen Rana Pratap Kalita has praised India's focus on developing infrastructure along the China-India border in the last two decades. He noted that while India was slightly late in constructing infrastructure, it is now catching up. Kalita noted that the terrain on the Indian side is difficult due to mountain ranges, while the Chinese side is a plateau.
