Mobb Deep has been hit with a copyright lawsuit from a hardcore label claiming that the 'Infamous' Hip Hop group stole their logo.
According to court docs obtained by AllHipHop.com, Bush Baby Zamagate, Inc. is accusing Mobb Deep of stealing the label's logo.
The lawsuit asks for damages and for the vape company to stop producing and marketing Vapin’ Donuts products.
CrossCountry alleges CashCall, which is operated by California-based Impac Mortgage Holdings, is improperly using a logo featuring the letters CCM that it claims is 'confusingly similar' to its own.
