New commading officer appointed at Glasgow's Royal Navy Reserve HMS Dalriada
Mike Howarth has taken on the role at HMS Dalriada in Govan. For just over four years Commander John Cunane has been in charge of the unit, but on June 30 formally handed over responsibility to Commander Howarth.
