Saxophonist John Hallberg, lecturer in music, was a guest artist at Wuhan Conservatory of Music where he also gave a master class and lectured as part of the conservatory’s Saxophone Festival. Hallberg also lectured, led a master class and performed at Shandong University’s School of Music. Other faculty activities: Anthony Alvarez, assistant professor of sociology, participated in the June 28 webinar “Financial Citizenship: Initial Research Findings on Credit Dignity, and Trust.” The webinar focused on research conducted by a team lead by Yale sociologist Frederick Wherry.
