Today, Microsoft released two new Windows 10 cumulative updates, which are optional. They're for versions 1909 and 1809, and they're the previews for next month's Patch Tuesday updates.

Windows 10 version 1909 and Windows 10 version 1809 have optional updates available. The updates include a few bug fixes, including addressing an issue that prevented fonts from rendering correctly.
