An attorney for this fifth man alleged that his client texted Jordan Willis, the renter of the home, before the bodies of the three men were found, hoping to get information on their whereabouts, as did family members of the men.

Public records obtained by Inside Edition Digital show that the family's home had been foreclosed on by the bank, and on Oct. 31 it was sold in a sheriff's sale. The family had 60 days from that date to vacate the home, according to records.
