Police said that 55-year-old An Qinghai, of New York, is being charged with criminal sexual contact and criminal sexual assault after some of his clients began coming forward and accusing him of inappropriately touching them in a string of incidents that allegedly occurred between January of 2020 and March of 2021. A man, later identified as 38-year old Michael Mahan of Ewing, followed the woman home and started a confrontation with her over the road rage incident he alleges took place. The victim told police that Mahan punched her, threatened to kill her and held a knife to her throat as he slashed her face. A neighbor came in to break it up and called 9-1-1 which is when Mahan took off.
