Police have said they dispersed "approximately 100 people" at a lockdown protest in south London on Sunday (December 27). Officers were called to reports of a demonstration in breach of social distancing restrictions in Rye Lane, Peckham, at around 3.15pm on Sunday. When they attended, officers described finding approximately 100 people at the location. There were speeches being given by individuals with megaphones as well as dancing.
