Police and paramedics were called to Tedder Square, Widnes, at around 11.20am on Sunday, May 23. The girl was subsequently rushed to Alder Hey Children's Hospital. Sadly, despite the best efforts of all the staff involved, she passed away on Thursday, May 27.
