The Kids Kino Industry Talks return with a focus on streaming platforms
21/01/2021 - The monthly webinar explores how producers of children’s content can build their strategies for approaching and collaborating with leading and independent VoD platforms
In 2021, Kids Kino Industry (KKI) is organising a series of monthly Industry Talks that are an extension of the weekly Inspirational Webinars which ran last year. As in previous editions, the aim is to create a meeting place for European professionals where they can exchange their ideas and experiences, and further develop new content for children.
For the first KKI Talk of the year, which runs on 25 January from 3 pm-4 pm CET, the topic is “Unravel Streamers – What Producers Need to Know”, and it will be available on Zoom for registered users only (click here to register). As always, signing up is free, and even if some people might be unable to attend the live broadcast, registration also guarantees that they will receive the recording of the talk via e-mail afterwards.

11/12/2020 - The monthly webinar is focusing on how the pandemic era has changed the launch and promotion of media focused on child audiences
Kids Kino Industry (KKI, formerly the Warsaw Kids Film Forum) continues its free monthly Industry Talks, an extension of the weekly Inspirational Webinars that ran earlier this year (see the news), which, much like the event itself, aim to create a meeting place for European professionals to exchange their ideas and experiences, and to further develop new content for children.
For the next KKI Talk, which runs on 15 December from 12:00-13:00 CET, the topic is âThe New Normal: Kids Media Behaviours Are Here To Stayâ, and it will be available on Zoom for registered users only (click here to register). The focus of the discussion is the ânew normalâ that has started with the pandemic and how it affects children and their families. More precisely, the talk will explore how they spend time at home, how they consume media and how companies are shifting their strategies to build and launch franchises for the child audience.
