Instagram's Take a Break feature will encourage users to spend some time away from the platform after a certain period of time spent scrolling.

The move comes four years after Instagram introduced the carousel option, which allowed users to share up to ten photographs and videos in a single post for the first time.

Instagram is rolling out support for Twitter Card previews starting Wednesday on Android, iOS, and the Web. The preview will allow users to have a glimpse at the Instagram post without opening the link. Instagram removed image previews on Twitter back in 2012.
